Identity is not fixed — it’s more than a platform-specific profile,
a behavioral intent signal for advertisers, or a curated feed. Identity becomes the interface through which we engage, adapt, and evolve — dynamic, expressive, and context-aware.
Envision a future where identity expression is self-sovereign, ethically managed, and where consent is transparently communicated across platforms, systems, and experiences.
In the Alignment Economy, identity is not something extracted, it’s something to be protected, honored, and co-authored. It can be leveraged as currency or for value exchange. In the future, when AI is everywhere like air, it will be important to own one's self-expression and it will be a service offering to bring your portable identity expression to interactions with all AI agents. This new Identity-Expression-as-a-Service™ (IEaaS) model will help people avoid a new era problem of re-introduction fatigue while also enabling further personalization with declared intent. The vision involves decentralized identifiers using zero knowledge proofs (ZKPs) with a Consent Concierge™ AI agent for unprecedented flexibility.
A strategic design exploration developed as part of my Parsons Master’s program, examining how identity could function as an interface across AI-enabled, privacy-first advertising and platform ecosystems. The work combines systems thinking, research framing, and dual-app prototyping to explore trust, expression, and value exchange.
